Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. Daily tasks include market research, sales forecasting, contract negotiations, and developing proposals to win new business. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved. Qualifications Experience in market research, identifying business opportunities, and sales forecasting Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic partnerships Experience with contract negotiations and developing business proposals Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing or related industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
