This role demands a seasoned professional with proven expertise in sales, client relationship management, and IT staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US staffing market, contract staffing models, and the competitive IT landscape.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and retain high-value US-based clients. Establish and nurture long-term client partnerships, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Analyze client staffing needs and deliver customized IT workforce solutions that align with their business objectives. Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to identify, qualify, and present top-tier IT talent. Negotiate and close contracts with a sharp focus on optimizing profitability and ensuring client satisfaction. Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and post-placement follow-up. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and growth benchmarks. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align staffing solutions with client goals and operational strategies. Requirements:5-10 years of experience in US IT sales, business development, and client acquisition. Proven success in scaling IT staffing business through strategic sales and account management. In-depth knowledge of contract staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance regulations. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive sales environment. Strong understanding of market trends, client hiring patterns, and IT talent demand. Expertise in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho, etc.) for pipeline management and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment with minimal supervision.
