Demand Planning : Forecasting customer demand based on historical data, market trends, and other factors to optimize inventory levels and production schedules. Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and implementing inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and carrying costs. Production Planning and Scheduling : Developing production plans, scheduling manufacturing operations, and coordinating resources to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing lead times. Logistics and Transportation Management : Planning and coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, selecting transportation modes, optimizing routes, and managing logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. Warehouse Management : Optimizing warehouse layouts, implementing storage solutions, and deploying inventory management systems to streamline receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Order Fulfillment : Managing order processing, tracking order status, and resolving order-related issues to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
