Role Overview – PPC Search Specialist

We are looking for a high-skill, data-driven PPC specialist who can independently plan, execute and optimize Google Search campaigns. The ideal candidate must have experience working with sizeable spends, improving conversion outcomes, driving lower CPL, and using CRM insights to enhance lead quality and down-the-funnel results.

Key Responsibilities
Search Campaign Setup & ManagementBuild & manage Google Search campaigns aligned to high-intent goals.Keyword research, ad group planning, negative mapping & ad copy optimization.Maintain healthy pacing, bid efficiency and spend-to-lead ratio.Performance & CRO OptimizationImprove CTR, Quality Score, CPC, and Conversion Rate (CVR) consistently.Run A/B experiments on ad copies, LPs, bidding strategies & extensions.Reduce CPL and increase MQL-to-Enrollment quality.CRM-Driven Growth ExecutionTrack lead response & conversion flow using CRM insights.Identify drop-off points and optimize campaigns for stronger closures.Collaborate for landing page/CRO improvements using behavior patterns.Reporting & Scalability ThinkingAnalyze metrics through Google Ads dashboard, GA4, CRM reports.Deliver weekly & monthly performance reviews with ROI-focused recommendations.Spot growth pockets, negative drags & scalable keyword frameworks.

Candidate Profile & Required Skills

Must-Haves:

✔ 2–5+ years in Google Search Ads execution & optimisation

✔ Experience with solid spends & performance-driven outcomes

✔ Strong in CTR/CVR uplift, landing page performance & A/B testing

✔ CRM understanding for lead stage evaluation & decision pivots

✔ Hands-on analytics using Google Ads UI, GA4 & Sheets/Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
