Job Overview The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads . This role demands a strong grasp of the Indian online retail environment, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on experience in managing marketplace ads as well as platform ads like Google Ads and Meta Ads . Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads . Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to support marketplace sales and brand awareness. Perform regular performance monitoring and budget allocation to maximize ROI. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection to target relevant audiences effectively. 2. Campaign Optimization Optimize ad creatives, bids, and product listings for maximum performance. Perform A/B testing on ad variations to boost CTR and conversion rates. Continuously refine campaigns based on analytics and market changes. 3. Analysis & Reporting Generate performance reports covering impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROI. Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize ongoing strategies. 4. Market Research Stay up to date with marketplace trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging marketplace channels in India. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with brand and business goals. Coordinate with content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals are compelling and on-brand. Partner with product and catalog teams to ensure listings support PPC initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in the Indian e-commerce space. Proven experience with Amazon Ads , Flipkart Ads , Google Ads , and Meta Ads . Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards. Familiarity with PPC tools/platforms (e.g., Helium 10, DataHawk, or similar). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills Experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO , email marketing , and influencer campaigns . Certifications in Google Ads , Meta Blueprint , or similar platforms. Awareness of PPC best practices and trends in Indian e-commerce. Understanding of Indian online shopper behavior and buying patterns.
