About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Project Manager who can lead end-to-end performance marketing operations, manage client relationships, and drive measurable growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms. This role requires someone who understands both the technical depth of PPC and the strategic clarity of project management, ensuring every campaign is executed at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and supporting channels.

Build strategic plans to improve ROI, lower CPA, and scale lead generation and eCommerce revenue.

Perform deep keyword/audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel strategy planning.

Create and test new ad copy, creatives, angles, and offers to improve performance.

Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing funnels, including dynamic ads and multi-step nurturing.
2. Client Management & Retention

Serve as the primary escalation point for clients—handling concerns, queries, and critical issues with clarity and confidence.

Lead strategic discussions, performance reviews, and roadmap presentations with clients.

Focus on client retention through proactive communication, transparency, and result-driven execution.

Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the internal delivery team.
-
Ensure expectations are aligned and properly documented to avoid scope gaps or misunderstandings.
3. Process, SOP, and Quality Management

Develop, refine, and maintain internal SOPs, templates, QA checklists, and delivery frameworks.

Bring structure to campaign setup, reporting, creative requests, optimization cycles, and documentation.

Improve team workflows and identify gaps in processes, communication, or resource allocation.

Implement best-practice standards across keywords, ads, tracking, landing pages, and reporting.

Coordinate with design, content, analytics, and technical teams to ensure predictable delivery quality.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance checks across all PPC accounts.

Use GA4, platform analytics, and conversion tracking to diagnose issues and identify opportunities.

Build clean, client-ready dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
-
Conduct landing page, creative, and audience A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
5. Team Leadership & White-Label Coordination

Lead and support PPC analysts, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and consistency.

Mentor junior team members and conduct reviews to maintain execution standards.

Work closely with agency partners in a white-label environment, understanding:

Their delivery expectations

How to communicate strategically under their brand

Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and white-label partners.
What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong project management & leadership skills: planning, prioritisation, delivery, and documentation.

Proven experience handling client escalations and turning difficult situations into retention wins

Deep understanding of white-label agency dynamics—communication sensitivity, brand alignment, and reporting style.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights and strategic action.

Excellent spoken & written client-friendly communication.

Experience with US clients and international markets.

Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
-
Bonus: Good copywriting instincts, CRO/landing page understanding, or funnel experience.
