We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Manager . Experience required - 8 to 12 years JD :- Develop and manage paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and increase conversions using A/B testing and data insights. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, presenting actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and copies. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices. Implement tracking mechanisms such as UTM codes, pixels, and analytics tools for precise campaign measurement. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
