About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Expert to manage our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of various advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media channels (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and build effective ad campaigns.
• Bid Management & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy and targeting to improve key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to ensure a strong return on investment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a dedicated PPC or paid media role.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling successful PPC campaigns.
• Expertise with Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
• Experience with other paid platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
