🎨 About The Role
We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer – PPT Specialist
with exceptional visual storytelling and presentation design skills.You’ll work directly with
leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams
to design high-impact presentations that communicate ideas clearly and inspire confidence.Your designs will help shape how NxtWave’s vision, strategy, and achievements are presented to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.This is a
hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented role
— perfect for designers who can combine aesthetics with communication strategy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging, high-impact presentations in Google Slides and Figma that align with NxtWave’s brand identity.
- Translate complex concepts and data into clear, compelling visual narratives using infographics, charts, and icons.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to understand goals and deliver cohesive visual stories.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems for presentations — including templates, visual libraries, and asset kits.
- Provide creative direction and recommendations to enhance storytelling across decks, reports, and digital collateral.
- Uphold brand consistency and visual excellence across all presentation materials.
🧠 Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years in visual, communication, or presentation design, preferably in tech, corporate, or EdTech sectors.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.
- Design Sense: Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished visual assets.
- Execution: Ability to design clean, modern templates that scale across functions.
- Detail Orientation: Keen eye for refinement and precision in all visual elements.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
