PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Platform Engineer

As a seasoned PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Platform Engineer with 2+ years of specialized experience, your role will involve the following key focus areas: - Lead end-to-end PCC setup, including server configuration, environment provisioning, patching, and deployment. - Partner with infra teams to manage environments across various landscapes such as Dev, SIT, Pre-Prod, PNV, UAT, Sandpit, and Production. - Support application-level configuration, including treatment paths, contact strategies, action codes, user roles, workflows, and screens. - Configure batch jobs, import/export routines, and schedules. - Develop and tailor business logic using Groovy or Java. - Troubleshoot performance issues, analyze logs, and ensure platform stability. - Uphold secure deployment protocols, compliance needs, and structured change management. - Support UAT cycles, validation, and go-live documentation. For this role, the following skills & experience are required: - 2+ years of hands-on PCC implementation across diverse client environments. - Strong exposure to RHEL 8/9. - Proficiency in PCC architecture, deployment frameworks, and configuration workflows. - Experience with Tomcat/JBoss, WebLogic/WebSphere, Groovy scripting, XML, SQL, and Oracle tuning. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, job schedulers like Control-M, and system analysis. - Solid understanding of collections processes and regulatory considerations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps, DBAs, Security, and BA teams. - Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
