We are seeking a highly experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in working with real-time databases and advanced dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming complex datasets into meaningful and visually compelling dashboards that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI tailored to business requirements.
Work extensively with real/production databases to extract, transform, and visualize data.
Develop and optimize data models, DAX expressions, and Power Query scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
Ensure high performance, data accuracy, and visual clarity in all reports and dashboards.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage Power BI service workspaces.
Maintain and support existing Power BI solutions and continuously improve performance.
Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and testing.
Document development processes, data definitions, and dashboard logic.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development.
Strong experience in working with real-time/production databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar.
Deep understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced WFO environment.
Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
Experience integrating data from various sources: Excel, APIs, flat files, cloud services, etc.
Solid grasp of BI concepts, KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Azure SQL) or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Exposure to Git, DevOps, or version control for BI projects.
Knowledge of scripting languages or Python for data processing.
