Role & responsibilities Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience: 35 years Location: Gurugram Job Type: [Full-Time] Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data visualization, report/dashboard development, and data modeling using Power BI. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through interactive reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Create data models, DAX calculations, and data transformations to ensure report accuracy and performance. Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based services. Optimize and maintain Power BI datasets and workspaces. Ensure data security and compliance within Power BI environment (row-level security, access control). Troubleshoot and debug Power BI issues, performance tuning as needed. Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts on data warehousing and ETL processes. Required Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling. Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data. Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, etc.). Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
