Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power

  BI

  dashboards and reports

   that deliver actionable insights.
• Write and optimize

  DAX queries

   to support complex calculations and business logic.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to

  document requirements

   and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Apply

  UX best practices

   to ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with user needs.
• Support the development of

  data models

  , ensuring data architects understand how reporting requirements impact data schemas.
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure

  data integrity and governance

  .
• Provide

  training and support

   to end-users, enabling self-service analytics adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with DAX

   in Power BI.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design

  , with a proven track record of applying UX principles to data visualization.
• Strong understanding of

  data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases

  .
• Proficiency in

  Power

  Query (M language)

   and data transformation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to

  translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.

• Experience with
