Job description Experience Required: 8+Years Mode of work: Remote Skills Required: Power BI, Data Modelling, Data Wearhouse, DAX,Python, SQL Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Power BI solution s, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Develop and optimize data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions. Implement best practices for Power BI deployment , including version control, testing, and user training. Stay current with the latest Power BI features and updates, leveraging new capabilities to enhance reporting solutions. Provide guidance on data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a focus on Power BI. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience with SQL databases. Expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and report design . Experience in l eading BI projects from conception to deployment . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms is a plus.
