Position Title: Power Apps Developer Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 3 -5 Years Job Location: Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for a Power Apps Developer with 3+ years of experience in Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and Dataverse. Develop and customize business process flows (BPFs), forms, views, dashboards, and automation within Model-Driven Apps. Configure and implement security roles, user permissions, and access controls in Dataverse. Develop Power Automate workflows for process automation and integrations. Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party applications. Optimize application performance, data retrieval, and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues and provide ongoing support. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Implement best practices for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and version control. Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Microsoft Power Platform. Required skills set: Very good Communication Skills. 3+ years of experience in Power Apps development, with a focus on Model-Driven Apps. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles. Hands-on experience with Power Automate for process automation and system integrations. Knowledge of Power BI for creating reports and dashboards integrated with Power Apps. Experience with Canvas Apps (optional but a plus). Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx for custom logic in Model-Driven Apps. Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls (preferred). Good understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), solutions, and Power Platform CLI. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good to Have: Exposure to Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio for chatbot development. Experience in CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Microsoft PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and API integrations.
