This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. What will help you succeed: Key responsibilities: Design & Develop: Build scalable applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Co-Pilot Studio . Lead & Mentor: Guide the team technically, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers. Integrate & Innovate: Work with Dataverse, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, C#, and Azure to create seamless integrations. Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest Power Platform trends and best practices. Skills: 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. Strong knowledge of Dataverse, authentication, security, and ALM practices . Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful APIs, and Azure . Experience with design, solution architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure setup for large-scale projects. Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics & Azure certifications (preferred). BFSI and Credit Risk Management experience is a plus. Knowledge of Power BI and MongoDB is a bonus.
