LTD. - A Mumbai based software development company with expertise into Products, Solutions, Services is looking to hire potential resources who are willing to work on Power Apps. Our current and immediate requirement is for a Power Apps Developer with 2 to 6 years work experience. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Build, design, and implement scalable Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, end-users, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Junior Developer Guidance: Mentor and guide junior Power Apps developers in coding practices, best practices, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions. Power Automate Integration: Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate to integrate Power Apps with other applications and services. Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications, identifying and resolving issues and bugs to ensure optimal performance. Maintenance & Updates: Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to existing applications based on business needs or feedback. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and coding standards for future reference and team collaboration. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement. Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and solutions are delivered on time. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience in Power Apps development, with hands-on experience in building canvas apps and model-driven apps. Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service). Proficiency in building workflows, business processes, and automation using Power Automate. Experience with data integration, API connections, and working with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources in Power Apps. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform environment management. Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
