Farm Manager – Poultry Operations Nigeria

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to lead and manage farm operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience in poultry management (broilers/layers) with strong leadership, production planning, and health management capabilities. Candidates must be ready to relocate, with full support provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily poultry farm operations (broilers/layers).
• Implement and monitor strict biosecurity and hygiene practices.
• Manage flock health, vaccination schedules & veterinary coordination.
• Track production KPIs: mortality, FCR, growth rate & egg production.
• Lead and train farm staff to ensure high performance.
• Manage inventory: feed, medicines, equipment & supplies.
• Maintain all farm records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle crisis situations and create action plans for continuity.
