Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent or joint research aligned with Woxsen's strategic areas.
• Publish research in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and contribute to the university's publication output.
• Participate in online seminars, colloquia, or guest lectures organized by Woxsen's research centers.
• Collaborate with faculty and research groups for grant applications, projects, or interdisciplinary studies.
• Optionally co-supervise student research or mentor junior researchers (if applicable to the field).

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. awarded (or thesis submitted) in

  Management, Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science

  , or a closely related discipline.
• Strong research record demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, or equivalent output.
• Ability to work independently and meet research objectives in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to ethical research and academic excellence.

Duration & Commitment

• Tenure:

  6 to 12 months (extendable upon mutual agreement and performance).

• Mode:

  100% online (asynchronous and synchronous engagement as required).

• Workload:

  Flexible; focused primarily on research productivity and scholarly output.
