Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Postdoctoral Researcher at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. The project's overall goal is to advance a novel Multi-Attribute Urban Sensing Technology for Sustainable Cities via interdisciplinary use-inspired fieldwork in Chennai, India, combining novel vehicle-mounted sensors, remote sensing, sustainability engineering, and AI. Qualifications § Demonstrated expertise in broad areas related to analysis of Geospatial data, LiDAR data, 360-degree Images, along with excellent skills in Data science, experience in AI and ML specifically of Computer Vision approaches. § Demonstrated experience in technical writing such as quality journal papers and proposals is a must. Ability to work collaboratively in inter-disciplinary teams. Desirable Qualification: Ability to lead sensor calibration and integration related tasks will be a plus. Show more Show less
