Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal invites applications from the eligible candidates for the position of Post Doctoral Fellow / Research Associate under Industry Sponsored research project titled “ Development and Evaluation of Long-Acting Injectables ” at the Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), Manipal. The selected candidates will work under Dr Srinivas Mutalik (Principal - MCOPS, Professor - Dept. of Pharmaceutics & Coordinator Centre for Advanced and Translational Theranostics). Position Eligibility and Job Description Remuneration Post Doctoral Fellow / Research Associate (Positions: 2) Eligibility: MPharm in Pharmaceutics/ Industrial Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Technology or related discipline (with experience in Novel drug delivery, Nanotechnology, Long acting Injections, HPLC, LC MS MS, cell line studies, animal studies, etc). PhD in relevant domain with excellent research output. However, candidates having good industry experience in the relevant field without PhD, can also apply. Desirable: Knowledge and expertise in Novel drug delivery, Nanotechnology, Long acting Injections, HPLC, LC MS MS, cell line studies, animal studies, dosage form development, computational skills, etc. Previous experience in the relevant area Publications, conference presentations and patents Good communication & writing skills, and Teamwork ability Preference to candidates with Industry experience. Fellowship: Minimum INR 60000/- (higher fellowship to deserving candidates) Duration of engagement: Initially for a period of one year and extendable based on the performance and need of the project.
