POSP Associate - Payout, Reconciliation & MIS Management

Role Overview As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing the POSP channel business MIS collection and validation. You will play a crucial role in reconciling POSP data, identifying discrepancies, applying correct commission structures, and highlighting anomalies for corrective action. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining and reporting MIS for management and channel performance reviews. Key Responsibilities - Collate and compile POSP channel business MIS from the sales function. - Validate the business data received from regional teams and internal systems. - Reconcile POSP-issued business with insurer MIS to ensure accuracy. - Coordinate with teams to resolve mismatches or discrepancies. - Apply correct commission structures based on product, insurer, and business type. - Identify profitability gaps, variations, and leakages in the POSP channel. - Highlight anomalies to the reporting manager for corrective action. - Create summary dashboards for management and channel performance reviews. - Provide MIS support during audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks. Qualification Required - Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and deliver within defined timelines. - Early joiners will be preferred.,
