Job Description Creative Graphic Designer - Brand & Marketing Opening (3) Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Static-Creative Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality static visual assets for print, digital, and branding needs. This role requires strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual communication. Key Responsibilities Develop static visual assets including social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, flyers, product packaging, presentations, infographics, and advertisements. Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and content teams to create on-brand designs that drive engagement and conversions. Translate brand guidelines into consistent, modern, and visually appealing designs. Adapt designs across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media, web, emailers, etc.). Ensure all designs are optimized for quality, resolution, and format based on the medium (print/digital). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, layouts, typography, and visual storytelling. Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines with high-quality output. Prepare and deliver print-ready and web-ready files in required formats. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field & experience Min 4 yrs Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on static designs . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Must (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects ,CorelDRAW, etc.) 3d tools & Static Animation + Maya /3D Max +Base knowledge of design structure and knowledge of other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc. is a plus) Ai tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition . Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and within brand guidelines. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines. Preferred Attributes Experience in branding , Marketing creative collaterals , Events & integration and corporate identity design . Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus (though not mandatory). Familiarity with print production processes and specifications. Passion for design, innovation, and staying updated with design trends and industry standards .
