Location: Vadodara Role: TA Sourcing Analyst In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. You will utilize multiple platforms and channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screen resumes, and assist the recruitment team in shortlisting applicants. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools Screen resumes and candidate profiles to match job requirements Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates Assist in outreach and engagement of passive candidates Design and update job descriptions to reflect evolving requirements Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and channels Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) Coordinate with internal hiring managers Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the selection process Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Immediate joiners preferred.
