The Plant Operator will oversee daily production operations, monitor machine functioning, and ensure quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, conducting quality control checks, managing routine maintenance, and coordinating operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the plant. Qualifications Proficiency in Plant Operations, including monitoring production processes and optimizing plant efficiency . Knowledge and expertise in Quality Control to ensure the finished products meet required standards Experience in Machine Operation and routine Maintenance to sustain smooth functionality Ability to operate tools and equipments . Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in team-oriented environments Understanding of safety procedures and compliance in an industrial setting Relevant certifications or a background in mechanical or industrial engineering is an advantage With a minimum of 3yrs prior experience and 12th graduation.
