Goal: Drive revenue growth and expand market presence for recycled polymer products. Focus: Sustainability and market knowledge in the polymer sales sector. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, and provide tailored solutions. 3. Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to refine sales strategies. 4. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of PE and PP products, their applications, and benefits. 5. Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide market feedback. 6. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track revenue, and report to senior management. 7. Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure agreements that meet company and client needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related fields; MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales (preferably in polymers, plastics, or recycling). Knowledge: Strong understanding of PE and PP polymers, their applications, and sustainability practices. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
