Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee and maintain the quality standards of our polymer production processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality testing, root cause analysis, and compliance with industry standards in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect polymer production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct quality control tests (tensile strength, MFI, impact, etc.) using lab equipment. Maintain and calibrate testing instruments (e.g., UTM, DSC, TGA, MFI tester). Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality metrics. Investigate and analyze product defects and quality failures; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS). Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve process quality and consistency. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports. Support audits (internal and external) and implement QMS best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
