We have urgent openings for the position of Policy Issuance with most of the leading life Insurance companies. Job Description: Responsible for all aspect of Central Policy Issuance Operations including AML, Aadhar Masking, Dedupe, CKYC, Welcome Call, POSV, Policy Printing, eQC, Cancellation, Rollback and Archival Automation of Quality management process (pre issuance and policy pack) and accuracy of manual work within defined TAT Vendor management w.r.t. POSV, Proactively identify Process/ Compliance related gaps in the vertical and take improvement projects Responsible for managing and closing any customer and distribution escalations related to issuance end to end Responsible for coaching and developing the team to enhance processes and capabilities to develop a talent pool, improve compliance and reduce costs Accountable for implementation of management action plan for mitigation of compliance/ process outages identified.
