The Manager will be responsible for Client handling, Client implementation , Making strategic and operational decisions, training, Preparing reports for senior management and retaining high-impact talent. Only experience candidates in US Insurance are preferred. Daily tasks include overseeing the Client handling, building relationships with clients, and implementation of client in US Insurance. Should have knowledge on all the processes in US Insurance.Qualifications:Client handling experience, Client implementations, Onboarding.Strong relationship building with clients and client management abilities.Experience in Quoting process in US Insurance is mostly preffered.Should handle a team of 50-100 employees.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field or related field.Knowledge of market insights and industry trends.
