Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers (textile mills, knitting units, weaving units, garment manufacturers, traders, etc.) within the assigned territory. Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for yarn products. Present, promote, and sell yarn products to prospective and existing customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information as needed. Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotations, and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, communication, and exceptional service. Understand customer needs and requirements to propose suitable yarn solutions. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer buying patterns and anticipate future needs. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for yarn products. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends to provide valuable feedback to the management team. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
