Leading and managing large, complex projects from initiation to closure. Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget. PMO Oversight and Governance : Experience in creating and managing project management frameworks and methodologies within a PMO. Implementing governance models, tracking project performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Managing resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple Oracle ERP projects. Stakeholder Management : Ability to interact with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
