Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the Business Head on strategic initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution through data-backed decision-making. The candidate will track project progress, document key actions, follow up with teams, and prepare business presentations. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business head on critical strategic projects.
  • Drive and monitor key zonal projects aligned with business goals
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
  • Analyze zonal performance metrics
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams like Claims, Underwriting, Operations, IT, etc to ensure timely execution of tasks

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with general insurance products and distribution channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
