Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PMC at David Adamson Group, located in Uttarakhand, India. The PMC will be responsible for overseeing project management, managing contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Tasks include supervising project execution, conducting regular site visits, preparing reports, and managing documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met is crucial. Qualifications Project Management and Planning skills Expertise in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Knowledge in Contract Management and Dispute Resolution Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using construction management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant professional certifications and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in the construction consultancy sector is a plus Show more Show less
