Planning Engineer:
Planning engineer in HVAC systems typically hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field they require 1-3 years of experience in planning and estimation for HVAC OR MEP projects, along with proficiency in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and procurement processes is essential, often including familiarity with technical documents like drawings and BOQ
Planning engineers develop project plans and schedules for HVAC installations, collaborating with clients, architects, and consultants to align systems with requirements, BOQs, and coordinate with suppliers for quotations and procurement while supervising implementation to meet timelines and quality standards.
Additional duties include site visits for progress monitoring, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
