Planning of PHE & FPS works for Multistoried building and executing the job for 500 houses Installing and repairing water supplies, heating systems and drainage Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines Servicing air-conditioning and ventilation units Hot and cold water systems, Sanitation systems, Central heating pipe work. Scheduled maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault finding of all plumbing fixtures, fittings and pumps ensuring that all the equipment/fixtures are fully operational at all times. Plan & develops work schedules, procedures for plumbing systems & maintenance. Knowledge of installation of CPVC,PPR,PVC,HDPE&GI Fittings and installation of Pumps/Sanitary Ware/ C.P. Fittings Evaluate safety aspect of work and monitor the work as per the guideline given in procedures Monthly inspections of Tools and Tackles and other power tools&Equipments. Conduct daily pre use check of power tools and machinery before using it. Strict with PPE compliance. Key Responsibilities: All Buildings Are MIVAN SHUTTERING METHOD Responsible For Fire, PHE A/C shuttering Sleeve fixing as per Drawing. Preparing shop Drawing for discuss &water supply individuality, preparing invert levels sectional details shaft coordination for Site Engineers Project Management Consultants. Studying Architect Drawing & Details. Responsible for supervising the entire construction of external water supply, Drainage soil, Rain water system, storm water system, C.P Fittings &sanitary work. Responsible for supervising the entire construction of firefighting sprinkler & Hydrant line work. Completed Projects Role & responsibilities
