Job Description

Responsibilities Monitor program execution, identify processing variances, and communicate potential issues. Manage production alerts and take necessary actions as per the run-book. Create and track incident tickets, ensuring resolution as per SOPs. Adhere to production schedules, including handling ad-hoc requests. Start, stop, and manage system processes efficiently. Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding daily production cycles. Document operational activities, including error logs, reports, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and operational guidelines. Provide support for backup and restore requests. Perform production trend analysis and root cause analysis of issues. Handle operational tasks across multiple accounts and domains. Requirements Experience in Production Support. Ability to articulate technical issues clearly in both verbal and written form. Good understanding of SQL and job scheduling. Experience working with UNIX, LINUX, and Windows environments. Hands-on experience with Unix/PERL scripting.
