Job Description

Position – Sr. PLC Programmer Education - BE (Electrical) Experience – 4+ Years. Job Description – PLC-Programming, Simulation, HMI Programming, HMI Screen Design, SCADA Screen Design, AutoCAD, AutoCAD-Electrical, Drafting, Wiring Design, Control Panel Design, Plant layout Software -Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen Bradley. As Per requirement logic related inputs and output list we mapped Familiar with all servo motor, stepper motors, sensors, valve banks, vision system etc. Plan, organize, and prioritize PLC programming projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Implement safety measures in the programming to protect equipment and personnel. Coordinate with other departments to align project goals and schedules. Review and approve PLC programming designs and modifications to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements. Manage budgets for programming projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, including flow diagrams, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding system improvements and innovations Discussion with customer to ensure that their expectations are met Doing the DAP online as well as customer end (onsite-All over india/outside) Excellent communication skills both written & oral Ready to relocate all over india
