PLC Programmer- Automation Engineer

Roles Responsibilities:

• PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms like SPM, Robotic cells, Assembly lines, BIW Fixtures lines etc.
• Minimum 2 years of Hands-on Experience in Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA.
• Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
• Read and process engineering documents, including PIDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
• Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
• Work experience must be in Siemens PLCs
• Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
• Provide timely support for customers during commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial communication protocols such as Profinet/Ethernet IP/CC-Link, RS485 etc.
• Attending service calls and should be willing to travel across the country.
• Candidate should be willing to work on Flexible timings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /NTTF Diploma in Mechatronics or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
• Two to five years of experience in developing PLC Programs as well as HMI Programs.
• Experience in Troubleshooting of PLC Programs.
• Handling the project as well as commissioning of Automation projects.
• Experience interpreting process control documents.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Robot Programming is an added advantage.
