We focus on offering a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, and we’re looking for a female Client Relationship Specialist who can create warm, memorable experiences for our clients and their families. Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for parents and children visiting the Play Zone. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving repeat visits, and building lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism Build strong rapport with parents and children to create a positive client experience Manage inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, social media) and provide accurate information about services, activities, and memberships Handle bookings, registrations, and daily activity schedules Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly Coordinate with the operations and activity teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain client records and follow up for feedback and renewals Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed Key Requirements: Female candidates only, with a pleasant personality and a child-friendly approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles (preferably in kids’ activity centers, schools, or hospitality) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email, CRM preferred) Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sector 60, Gurgaon Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,517.34 - ₹27,264.74 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person
