Job Description

Develop, implement, and optimize plating processes to ensure high-quality and consistent tin plating of lead frames Oversee the maintenance and calibration of plating equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedure Manage daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards Monitor production metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, technicians, and operators. Ensure all plating processes meet industry standards and customer specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor plating operations Strong knowledge of plating chemistry, electrochemical processes, and semiconductor packaging. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
