As an Architectural Design Engineer at the company, your role is crucial in creating exceptional product architectural designs for both existing and new products. Your main responsibilities include: - Defining product requirements and design needs by understanding the product vision and business requirements thoroughly - Developing architectural designs for new and existing products - Implementing derived solutions and troubleshooting critical problems during implementation - Evangelizing Architecture to project and customer teams for achieving the final solution - Continuously analyzing and monitoring the product solution for improvements - Understanding market-driven business needs, technology trends, and requirements to define architecture strategy - Creating a product-wide architectural design that ensures scalability, reliability, and compatibility with different deployment options - Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility of product ideas - Collaborating with various teams to reconcile solutions to architecture - Providing technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions - Defining current state product features and identifying improvements and target state solutions - Documenting and selling architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns - Validating solutions from technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspectives - Identifying problem areas in architectural design and providing relevant solutions - Tracking industry and application trends for planning current and future IT needs - Supporting the delivery team during product deployment and resolving complex issues - Developing Proof of Concepts, case studies, demos, etc., for new growth areas - Attaining market recognition and referencability through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits - Mentoring developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development - Contributing to the architecture practice through selection interviews and other activities Your performance will be measured based on product design, engineering, and implementation metrics, as well as capability development indicators.
