Project description

We're seeking a strong and versatile Platform Automation Engineer passionate about building scalable automation solutions and writing high-quality code. In this project, you’ll develop tools that improve infrastructure reliability and application delivery across hybrid and cloud-native environments. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to automate provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management of critical systems, contributing to a modernization initiative focused on platform resilience and performance.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automation scripts and tools using languages such as Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, or .NET to streamline infrastructure and application workflows.

Build robust CI/CD automation capabilities to enable continuous integration, testing, and deployment across diverse environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in software delivery and infrastructure management and implement automation solutions.

Maintain code quality through testing, peer reviews, and continuous refactoring.

Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure automation frameworks supporting scalability, fault tolerance, and high performance.

Support platform health and observability by integrating monitoring, logging, and alerting into automation processes.

Skills

Must have

Automation Frameworks:

Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar

CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

Cloud Platforms:

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Containerization & Orchestration:

Docker, Kubernetes
