• Nature of experience

  : Knowledge of manufacturing process of Plastic molding & rubber parts.

vPart & Process evaluations preferable for new product development.

vAnalysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning.

vNew product development activity planning.

• Industry preference: Automobile Industry/ Plastic tool rooms
• Root cause analysis and countermeasure planning: Plastics and rubber parts.

(New development & Regular mass production)

• Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors.
• PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors.
• Advance Quality planning for new parts development.
• Capability & Skill development.

• In depth knowledge of rubber & plastic moulding manufacturing process and best practices in similar industry.

• Expertise in checking fixture design & concept generation.

• Good understanding of raw material spec & usage areas.

• Knowledge of testing standards (IS / JIS / JASO / SES Etc.).

• Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of plastic & rubber parts

• Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
• Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in lean , multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to handle product development & production issues independently.
