Plastic Molding Machine Operator

Job Description:

Location: Saha, Ambala

Plastic Molding Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining plastic molding machinery to produce high-quality plastic components. This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring production processes, performing post-molding operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate injection, compression, or blow molding machines.

· Prepare raw materials and load them into machine hoppers.

· Monitor molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.

· Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.

· Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on molding equipment.

· Document production data and report any deviations or issues.

· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

· Assist in developing and improving molding processes.
