Job Description

Position: Plant Security Lead

Designation: Assistant Manager – Deputy Manager

Function: Security

Place: Lanka, Assam

Credentials: Any Graduate with experience in law enforcement / similar role

Responsibilities:

•Responsible to manage, handle and supervise entire security operations at the Plant site to ensure the safety and security of all Manpower & Materials.

•Develop strategies to identify, assess, prevent, protect, and mitigate all risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to safeguard people, assets, products, and property.

•Responsible to implement security policies, protocols and procedures including introduction of new security technologies

•Responsible to ensure effective traffic management control (inbound and outbound) at the Plant

•To ensure proper documentation and compliance of Security Operations as per statutory/government/internal guidelines and regulations

•Coordination and liaisoning with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies for smooth security operations and activities

•Responsible for Identifying, investigating, or resolving security breaches, and preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

•Responsible for supervising and managing security agency manpower and Home Guards including their training to ensure their effective utilization and continuous development

•Develop & implement metrics at Plant level to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of all security programs and personnel

•Development of intelligence network across peripheral villages / local community members to get prior information on security threats and challenges

•Preparation, control and monitoring of Plant Security budget
