Plant Operator

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operator to manage and services of our MBR-based STP/ETP. You will oversee operations, chemical treatment, and maintenance to ensure zero-downtime and environmental compliance. Core Responsibilities Plant Operations: Manage MBR (Veolia/Toray), DAF, Aeration, and biological processes. RO & Filtration: Operate RO, UF, and DM plants, including CIP, backwashing, and resin regeneration. Chemical Control: Optimize dosing (Alum, Lime, PAC) via jar tests to meet pH, TSS, and TDS standards. Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, blowers, valves, and mechanical seals. Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE protocols, manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and handle hazardous chemicals safely. Documentation: Maintain daily shift logs, chemical consumption records, and SAP entries. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: Proven operation of MBR-based plants with DAF systems. Technical Skills: Expertise in Membrane tech (Veolia/Toray), RO, MEE, and ZLD. Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with PLC Scada and SAP (Maintenance module). Maintenance: Strong ability to troubleshoot rotating equipment and instrumentation. Personality: Disciplined, safety-conscious, and punctual.
