Plant Operations Manager

• Plant Operations & Leadership

• Handle end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and manpower.
• Lead and motivate the entire workforce to achieve organizational objectives.
• Implement effective cost-control measures to reduce rejections, scrap, and operational losses.

• Customer Management

• Directly interact with customers to resolve issues, build strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer audits and represent the plant professionally.

• Quality & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and drive initiatives for zero-defect culture.
• Address and resolve quality issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with

  IATF 16949

  and other relevant industry standards.

• Profitability & Growth

• Drive plant towards achieving higher efficiency, reduced costs, and overall profitability.
• Monitor key KPIs and ensure continuous improvement across all operations.

• New Product Development (NPD)

• Lead NPD initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Apply

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and other NPD tools

  effectively.
• Ensure timely and successful launches of new products.

• Technical Expertise

• Oversee production lines with strong knowledge of

  casting and machining operations

  .
• Provide technical guidance for process improvements and productivity enhancements.

Key Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum

  5+ years

  of proven experience in plant management, in

  casting & machining operations

  .
• Strong exposure to

  IATF 16949 systems

  and customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with

  NPD and APQP tools

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to independently handle clients.
