Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain safety and quality standards, optimize resources, and lead a motivated team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Optimize plant performance through process improvements and cost control.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in agro, biofuel, Feed or manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
