Plant Manager

Role Overview: As a Plant Manager at our fast-growing biofertilizer and animal feed manufacturing company, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a new manufacturing plant in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Your role will involve driving innovation, efficiency, and growth from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and establish a new manufacturing plant including machinery, utilities, and infrastructure. - Build and lead a skilled team across product lines, training them on SOP-based processes. - Manage production using ERP systems to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness. - Oversee fermentation and probiotics-based manufacturing processes in both submerged and solid-state forms. - Conduct training, mentor staff, and lead the team by example. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in managing or setting up manufacturing plants, preferably in biofertilizers, probiotics, fermentation, or animal feed. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills. - Hands-on manager who excels in high-growth, performance-oriented environments.
