Plant manager

• We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our integrated beverage manufacturing facility in Zimbabwe. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing alcoholic and non-alcoholic blending, bottling and capping, and PET bottle blowing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across blending, carbonation, bottling, packaging, and PET blowing units.

• Supervise alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage blending ensuring quality and consistency.

• Manage semi-auto carbonation and bottling/capping lines for energy drinks and RO water.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the in-house PET bottle blowing unit and quality of preforms/bottles.

• Optimize production efficiency, minimize wastage, and ensure safety and compliance.

• Lead and train plant staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and production targets.

• Monitor material utilization and report key production metrics to management.
• Proven expertise in alcoholic beverage blending, bottling and capping, and PET bottle blowing operations.

• Familiarity with semi-auto carbonation systems, RO water packaging, and energy drink production preferred.

• Exposure to African market operations or similar developing markets will be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
